I train people to use the whole body as one system, not a stack of separate parts. That starts with posture. Before we chase performance, we restore the structure underneath it.
Upper spine
Open the chest and unlock the upper back so your shoulders sit where they should. This is where most desk bound posture quietly breaks down.
Core
The bridge. A core that braces and transfers force ties your top half to your bottom half, so every lift is stronger and safer.
Glutes
Your engine and your foundation. Wake them up and you protect the lower back, drive bigger lifts and build the shape you train for.
